Q: Do you take Insurance?
A: We do not bill to insurance, however we can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, all credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Cash is king! But who doesn’t love earning rewards points on top of receiving an awesome massge?
Q: Can Cupping help [insert health issue here]?
A: Cupping is great for many things. The best answer we can give is what cupping DOESN’T help with. If you have a liver or kidney disorder, blood clotting disorder, are at risk of heart attack or stroke, it’s best to avoid cupping. We also will not provide cupping if you are currently dealing with an infection. In the above cases, we can usually safely provide massage without cupping!
Q: What do you charge?
A: All pricing can be found when you click on the links to schedule your desired session. Sessions start at $135 for new clients.
Q: Do you provide Prenatal Massage?
A: All of our therapists are fully trained in Prenatal & Postpartum massage. We do not list it as a separate service to make our menu simple. We do not provide cupping to pregnant women who have not received cupping regularly prior to becoming pregnant. We utilize a special side-lying bolstering system so that mama is super comfortable during her session. We do NOT have bolsters or tables with holes for the belly so mama can lay face-down, as there are risks associated with this positioning.
Arrivals – Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Appointment start times are intended to indicate the time your massage will begin – so, if you have a lot going on that you need to discuss, please arrive with enough time to discuss before getting on the table.
New clients should plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled start time to fill out paperwork. There is plenty of time built-in to the initial visit to discuss your needs at length, but we don’t want to cut into that with paperwork time!
Out of respect to others scheduled after you, those who arrive late will not have their session extended.
If you arrive on time and your therapist is not ready, resulting in your session starting late, you WILL get your full time.
If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your appointment time and we do not hear from you, your session will be considered a no-show and will be subject to our no-show policy.
Cancellation Policy – We understand that unexpected events occur in everyone’s lives. In an attempt to be fair to all clients, the following policy will be observed for all clients.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This allows us to have enough time to effectively offer your session to someone else. Cancelling or rescheduling your session between 48 hours before your appointment until the day of (Midnight) your appointment will result in a $35 fee.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.
*We observe the time-stamp from phone calls, voicemails, and texts.
These fees will be waived if you are able to send a friend or family member in your place, and they assume the cost of the appointment.
Frequently rescheduling or cancelling your appointments (even with adequate notice) will result in no longer being allowed to book in advance.
No-Show Policy – A no show is considered when you have not arrived for your scheduled appointment after 20 minutes has passed and we have not heard from you. Out of consideration to your time, we send out a courtesy text after 10 minutes. If you are on your way, you have the option to receive the remainder of your appointment at the full cost, provided there is sufficient time remaining upon your arrival. Arriving late will not result in a discount. If we do not hear from you, your card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment.
